The Speaker of Parliament László Kövér, together with the Marshal of the Sejm of Poland Marek Kuchciński, participated in the unveiling in Budapest of an exact replica of the statue paying tribute to Henryk Slawik and József Antall Sr., erected in Warsaw outside the Hungarian Embassy in November 2016. At a working lunch following the event, Speaker Kövér and Marshal Kuchciński praised the historic, one thousand year relationship between Hungary and Poland, and discussed future opportunities for specific forms of cooperation.
